"I was away working whilst Roof Master were repairing my roof. They were unable to contact me when there was a problem. They had to make a tricky decision about whether or not to carry out some work. As the work was essential to keep the house watertight and do the job properly they did exactly that. I came home early to make sure that they had managed to do the job as I had had other companies try and sort out the problems. When they explained what they had had to do, rather than be cross I was delighted. I was fully expecting them to have to rebuild the whole roof, but what they managed to do instead was exactly what was needed – I finally got someone to complete the job properly.”
