We will arrive at the time you have been promised and will complete the job “Right First Time”
We will be able to tell you the approximate arrival time. If we’re delayed, we’ll call to tell you. When we have completed the task you will be able to sign a record that the work has been completed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied then please call 0800 058 2633 and we will forward your call to the Manager responsible for that Installer and he will arrange a visit to ensure matters are put right. We will bear the costs of any remedial work.
